Product is pretty good. But you need to understand a few things. First off, you need to realize that the software is designed to work best when working with a Raspberry Pi 2 Model B (or higher). The device does not come with a case, therefore you cannot use it without a case. So if you plan on using this with the device, you should order a case from their website. The other thing to realize is that you must install the drivers before you can actually use the software. These are the two main issues with this product. Also, there is a problem with the Raspberry Pi OS itself where certain programs may not open properly. For example, the "scratch" program may not work right. If you do not have any programs that you are currently running that require a serial connection, I would suggest switching back to the original OS and using it instead of the new version of OS.
