The best part of this application is that it can be used to monitor all computers in our network. It also provides us with an easy way to keep track of all devices within our organization. This is an easy to use product with lots of functionality for managing our network devices in multiple locations around campus as well at home! The reporting features are very good too - it's great being able see what we have where so that I can troubleshoot issues without having users report them directly back into my inbox (which they did not like).
