.be careful with your jumping enthusiasm when starting out. I wondered why most rebounder workouts are about 15 min long since it was so fun to just bounce for an hour watching TV. Now I know. If you're not in great shape, overdoing will leave you with sore knees and ankles. Now that I've recovered, I'm using it sensibly and with lower impact.it's still a great workout.Assembly was tedious but not difficult. The first few bungees are a little harder to wrestle on but it gets easier and the tool helps. The most trouble I had was with the legs. The threads had paint or something in them that often stopped progress. If you reach resistance just unscrew it, use your finger to clean bits of paint or metal from the threads inside and out. Then try again. Repeat until the leg is fully seated.Getting the safety bar on was easy, but a bit clumsy. I've since taken it off to discourage myself from getting to too "exuberant" in my jumping.Overall, I recommend this rebounder. It supports heavier people, is quiet, has a large jumping area, and gets your heart going even with smaller controlled movements. Make the jump!
