This product just ain't bad. It gets a little warm for a few hours and that's it. It says not to use it on skin or for pain, but I use it to relieve back pain. Heat is priceless to me and I can't always use heating pads when I'm not at home, so I decided to try these heating pads. But I'm a little disappointed. USE: Unfold the plastic, remove the backing and apply to clothing. ADVANTAGES: The adhesive is quite strong, pleasant to use and easy to apply. CONS: It never gets hot enough, especially when worn over clothing as recommended. So overall it doesn't do much. I ended up sticking the heating pad directly to the skin on my lower back after feeling almost no heat on my skinny leggings. It wasn't very comfortable, and after a few hours where the glue was in contact with my skin, it got slightly wet. So it doesn't work very well on clothes and it doesn't work very well on the skin. Overall, this product is mediocre as a body warmer or pain reliever. I want it to be hotter but it isn't. I would not recommend that.
