This light is mainly used on my old Kindle model. It puts out more than enough light, even on the lowest settings, to see what I'm reading. Easy to charge and works exactly as described. Multiple light settings and shades are useful for different background light sources (low light, daylight, no light, etc.) or in a completely dark room. . It's too big for a Kindle, but that's understandable considering it uses rechargeable batteries. I attached it to the top flap of my Kindle's lid and flipped it back to use. I haven't tested the battery life or it was long enough to know how it will perform in the long run. Another small note I had was that some instructions would be helpful, not only on how to connect the charger (hint: opposite side of the charge status lights), but also on figuring out what exactly the charge lights indicate (the box shows green and red status lights , but the lights on mine are blue and one of them is blinking). Overall worth the money if you need a lamp for a book or other low light situations, just need more detailed instructions and is better suited for a large hardcover book. Update: The company contacted me about minor issues I was having with this light and promised to fix them in the future and they fixed it. They respond quickly and are very polite and helpful. You really can't go wrong with this product when you need good book lighting. A great offer all round!
