The first one I bought didn't respond as well as I expected but I was contacted by the seller and he sent me a replacement. I'm really impressed with Potential's customer service! I have bought and tested many products here at Revain but this was the best experience ever! Now for the A20 test: flying is fun! Unlike other drones in this price range, it is easy to set up. It actually has a small on/off switch on the back of the drone, located above the plug port. Although it may seem trivial, it's a very nice feature. Other drones in this price range do not have an on/off switch and turn on automatically when the battery cable is connected. A switch saves me from having to constantly pull on the battery cable to turn the drone on or off, in my opinion. The controller communicates quickly with the drone. This makes pairing and setup extremely easy. I really don't think it could be easier! If you're new to drones, I recommend flying the A20 in a large room first. The rear of the drone glows with a small red light, while the front glows with a bright green. As for flying, I found it worked pretty well. The cool thing is that the round protectors surrounding the tiny propellers protect them from the most common impact damage. After several landing/takeoff practices, I managed to land on a small target every time! Speaking of landing, there's a small button on the controller that lands the drone gently and automatically. If you're flying and panicking (thinking it's about to crash), just press this button and it will land softly! Although I used this button a few times when I was first learning how to use the A20, I now successfully press it using just the joystick controllers. The battery life is between 5 and 6 minutes. While it would be nice to have a spare battery, I can easily charge it as it doesn't take long to fully charge. I work with a few students and let them use the A20, some have never flown a drone. In just a few minutes they fly the A20 and master it very well! Compared to other drones I've left them with, they all prefer the A20 for its ease of use and responsiveness. I'm about to start a drone club for high school students and am thinking of buying a few more A20s. Kids love them, they are easy to use, durable and safe to fly indoors! While I'm very happy with the A20, I'm even more impressed with Potensic's outstanding customer service! I wish all other Revain suppliers were as professional as Potensic!
