Review on Enhanced Kinstecks Motorcycle Indicators: Flowing Turn Signal Lights with Daytime Running, Brake & Taillights - 4PCS, Transparent Shell - 12V by Charles You

Difficult to install on an old bike but doable.

I installed them on a 2005 Ninja 250. The versions I chose had brake lights, turn signals, tail lights and headlights. I wouldn't recommend them unless you want to learn about electronics or if you already know something. I am very happy with these lamps, they are cheap and they look good. It took me a while to install it because of all the functionality. Connecting turn signals is easy, but most likely they will all flash when you turn them on. This is because ninjas (or many old bikes) have a left and right circuit and the polarity determines which light lights up. You need to install two diodes and a new ground wire behind the dash. This can be done quite easily, but you need to know before you do it. (This is what I followed, https://faq.ninja250.org/wiki/My_LED_turn_signals_don't_work_right) You will most likely need a soldering iron, maybe borrow one from a neighbor if you don't have one. Connecting rear brake lights and taillights is easy: connect the turn signal brake or tail light wires to the corresponding tail light wire. As for the functionality of the headlight, I had to find out for myself. I couldn't find any wire that had voltage when the headlight was on, bright or not, or when the bike was running. Two wires go to the headlight, one for the backlight and the other for normal use. Only one of them is activated at a time. If you want your headlights to only turn on when the headlights are on, simply attach the wire from the headlights to the headlights. If you want your headlights to be on all the time, as I would recommend, connect a diode to both the lighting wire and the normal use wire, then connect it to both headlight wires on the turn signals. The diodes mean there is power to the headlights whether the headlights are on or not, but they prevent current from flowing back down any wire which could cause the headlights to short out or stay on all the time.
