Apparently someone has already opened my product. The discovery ruined my excitement. I would like to add that my item can be used and returned.

This is a poor quality product. As others have said, the controller is a bit detached and annoyingly clicks and pops along with hand movements. It is very light compared to other controllers, it could have been intended for a child or for sale in Asian markets.

Great controller. However, it arrived with one of the battery contacts in the controller. This could be fixed with a T8 protection torx, but I had to void my warranty just to pick up one of the coolest XBOX One controllers. Still a great controller for my collection. It just needed fixing.

Received my controller in the mail from Revain today. Obviously crowded. The shell is open on one of the handles, appears to be broken. Damage to the entire bumper. Scratches along the battery indicate use. I really wanted this controller, so I asked for an exchange. However, a very disappointing experience. BTW, the controller itself is great.

The controller itself is a little disappointing as the back of the controller doesn't have a grippy texture like the Sport versions, which would be nice considering the entry-level cost for this particular model. The theme is neat and well printed, but I don't think it matters given the cheaper options for the first batch. IE Sport or Elite series editions. If you, as a Star Wars fan, don't really want this, I'd turn it down.

This is a cool controller. But I'll pay for a new one. The box comes with double stick tape which appears to have been opened b4. And the battery sign 2. The left side of the bezel is very loose when you put your hands on it. I paid a lot of money for what was supposed to be "new". Maybe a return from another compliant customer. I do not know. What can I say. I hope what happened to me doesn't happen to the rest of you. This kit is still cool to be honest. May the Force be with you.

Where to start? I ended up buying it because I liked the Star Wars design and was tired of the low battery warnings while gaming + constant AA battery power for my current controller. I was a little nervous about the "Controller Gear" tag in the product description, but as far as I can tell this is a real Xbox controller, complete with a suitably designed charging dock. I received my 'new' Limited Edition Squadrons Xbox Controller yesterday and was immediately upset. One side of the box was taped to the bubble wrap and on removal it was found that the original tape had been cut and the re-tape had come loose and was stuck to the wrapper. A double band was visible on the other side. I checked my order to make sure I wasn't going crazy and 'Buy New' was selected. As I'm "new" I didn't look at the reviews. This review is for Squadrons, Locust and Purge Trooper controllers as I ordered all 3. These controllers are of very good quality. The Squadrons controller, my first, was almost perfect except the right grip was loose and made a slight click. For me that was enough. The second controller I ordered was the Locust controller.
