LOVE it. Offers great entertainment. The box is strong. Cute animals, fun to mix and match. Deduction of 1 star mainly because the sticker on the magnet peels off a little with every touch. But I understand this is for older kids. I would definitely buy more other themes though in the end

when used as a "dumb" church toy. My 2.5 year old grandchildren love it and also some older children who will be sitting with us. I also really enjoy playing with him and I am 62 years old. I like that it is "included" in the box. I just wish it had some sort of clasp so it doesn't "spill" in my church bag.

I love this magnet book. My daughter was immediately interested in this book, which is rare. She figured out herself how to stick the pieces onto the magnetic part of the book. Unfortunately, because the pieces are made of paper, they don't last long for a toddler who thinks everything is edible. Otherwise I would recommend it.

My 3 year old loves it. She spends a lot of time putting traditional jigsaw puzzles together and makes this a part of her weekly rotation. The magnetic feature was probably her favorite as the board can be in any position and the assembled pieces stay in place. My only complaint is that the book doesn't have a latch when closed so they all fall out if you're not careful while carrying them. We just put a rubber band on it and it works great.

We received it less than an hour ago and my daughter (2.8 years old) took it out of the box and started playing straight away (a full 25 minutes which is a record). The magnets are thick and strong, the colors are bright and attractive to children. It's relatively easy for toddlers to pick up the pieces without instructions. The whole box seems very strong. I'm glad I bought more of the same boxes (different styles - they will arrive tomorrow). I am very happy with this purchase!

Bought several Janod magnetic books for my son. He loves them so much that we decided to buy some as Christmas gifts for his cousins. It has 10 different animals. Each animal has 3 parts. Head, front legs, hind legs. The pieces are large and easy to hold. So a great set for beginners. The parts are pressed cardboard with a thin magnetic backing. Therefore, it is not recommended for children who still chew or put toys in their mouths. Her saliva and teeth would probably have damaged the pieces.

This is a beautiful magnet set, I got the animal and dino set for my 2 year old. She is really good at combining 2 piece items and decided to push her for more pieces. I bought this for my 4 and 6 year olds. My recent 6 year old loves it the most. She likes to create different animals and she even created a game to play with animals and cards, kind of like a guessing game.
