Who knew flat backed beads were a thing (I didn't). I recently painted a starry night beach scene at a local paint and liquor store. It turned out really cute, but I wanted to decorate it a bit before hanging it on the wall. I took some sand and small shells for the beach part and used spray glue and glue to apply. There was still something missing in the swirling (starry) parts of the sky, and a friend suggested the beads would be cute. I was looking for craft beads and they popped up in the search. FICTION! Inexpensive, many sizes to choose from, and the flat back makes it easy to stick to your canvas. I am so happy with the end product! They are of excellent quality and inexpensive.
