I am very picky when it comes to my real estate EDC bag. Constantly on the move, there are things I need while driving. a hot tongue works wonders if there has ever been a hostile encounter. There is also plenty of space in the main compartment. I carry my tablet and 17 inch folio with me and there is still room. Sig, extra magazine, flashlight, etc. Everything fits perfectly. Power bank, chords, wallet, regular glasses, eye shadow, some pens, oh, and big enough for my 24 ounces. Yeti water bottle. I bought Gamma 2.0 and the side pockets drove me crazy. I returned it and stayed with this bag. I have never regretted it.
