I'm a full-time student and can't afford the trendy MAC book that most students bring to class. So I bought it to take to class so I can take notes and upload my textbooks. PROS: Perfect condition Bright, crisp colors Fast startup and shutdown Decent battery life Holds a mini SD card CONS: Doesn't come with user manual Doesn't come with original charger Asks for a SIM card on every boot Love it! As this is a refurbished unit I was afraid I would receive one with scratches or dents but mine was like new and in perfect condition! As I said before, the colors are crisp and vibrant and it loads quickly. Perfect for movies and games! Starts up and shuts down quickly. As I said, I use it for classes so I don't have time for a slow boot device; I need something quick! Battery life is decent. I can use it for 6-8 hours (depending on what I'm using it for) before it dies and needs to be plugged in. It has space for mini SD card for people who like to store movies, photos, music, books, games, etc. 16GB of storage and an optional 64GB mini SD card give you LOTS of storage! Please note that it is refurbished and therefore does not come in the original box with user manual or original charger. However, I would advise buying a better charger as the charger is really very slow at charging the device. For example, I got it in the mail at noon and it was already 50% charged. I connected it to the included charger and at 9pm it was only 65% charged after 9 hours! I didn't even play with it while it was loading! Another unpleasant thing is the US cell phone support. It doesn't need a plan BUT it asks for a SIM card.
