I had a bad fall and had painful bruised ribs, a very bruised kneecap and a sore leg. I decided to try this alternative pain relief method. I used the magnetic pad for 3 full days and tried different time periods. The result was more inflammation and swelling, which ended up causing me more pain. I first tried it on each body part for 60 minutes with no pain relief. I then wore it for 6 hours on my ribs and 4 hours on my knee where the bruising is most severe. I then tried sleeping with it on my ribs hoping I could get a better night's sleep. Complete failure on all attempts. The longer I wore it, the more it swelled up, causing more pain. Not for me but might work for others.
