I bought this with high hopes from previous reviews that it would help my teeth. I have bad tooth enamel due to genetics and my teeth are sensitive to heat and cold. I had yellow stains on my teeth but this remedy seems to have worked! My teeth are next to each other so I have a hard time flossing because I have to floss between them to clean my gums. My back right molar is particularly difficult to reach with dental floss and a toothbrush because it's so close to my cheek. I fly a lot there. I've been using this regrow toothpaste for several months and my tooth sensitivity has almost completely disappeared. The color of my teeth is less yellow, my gums bleed almost completely when I floss and the plaque on my molars is significantly reduced. Now I don't use yogurt or vitamin D drops like I've read from people. I wet my toothbrush, dip it in the powder and use it like that. I don't rinse my mouth either. This worked great for me!
