I feel that children's sizes are more forgiving than adult sizes. My six year old is made up of scissors, snails and puppy tails. No matter what they say, it means my son loves jumping in puddles and playing in the mud. These shoes are fantastic. They are true to size. And we get lots of compliments. However, washing is a bit of work. Oxyclean, about 1/8 cup bleach, Persil, and a soak cycle. I have to do this twice to turn them white again. But I would definitely buy them anyway. He loves her and I love him :)
