I have a 125 gallon tank that isn't clean enough for my two, big on the edge of the tank, offline -Filter. I knew I needed a canister filter but hated the disassembly required for service. This device promised and has so far benefited both. For a few days my sluggish Severums would happily swim around the tank and about every two weeks I take a charcoal filled gauze pad from the attachments that double the water return elements to clear debris. It is easy to assemble and you can also refill the device by pouring water into the end nozzles. I love it! And now the best: YOU ARE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I know I should have started with that. I dialed her company number twice, found her in the instructions. Within a minute, no more than a few minutes, I was speaking to a knowledgeable technician who knew my particular product inside out and not only cleared my confusion but we spent a few minutes chatting about aquarium maintenance and additional setups. Twice a call from a nervous customer turned into a chat with a friend. As I said, I should have started this review here. I only added them after Revain gave me permission to edit the original post.
