I ordered this Fireproof Safe Waterproof Accordion File Bag to place all the papers my son will need when I pass away. I placed my will, burial plot deed, insurance certificates, and my annuity in it. I feel safer having everything in one place and now they are in a fireproof and waterproof file. I placed it with my funeral clothes and placed them where they would be easily seen. Why am I preparing so much? I recently lost my mother and I didn't want my son to have to look for clothes and all the paperwork he would need.Now to the file. It is very nice, but I seriously doubt it would hold 420 pages. I had it pretty full and I had nothing like that many pages. It says there are 14 compartments. There are 12 dividers, but if you use the space before the first divider and the space after the last divider, there are 14 compartments. The dividers have the little tabs where you can label the compartments. There are letters of the alphabet printed and each has a blank side so if you want to label your own, as I did. The only problem I encountered was the size of the tabs when placing your labels into them. It took a lot of patience and by the time I finished, my ink had smeared. They were still readable, so I didn't worry about them.There is also a full sized zippered flap on the front of the file. I didn't use it, but it was nice to have if you needed it. The zipper on it was substantial, as was the double zipper for the entire file. They used a very strong zipper that will work and not get pulled apart. I guess if you had 420 pages in it, you would need that strong zipper. I won't know if it is actually fireproof unless we have a fire, but I trust the company who made it and claims it. It looks like leather until you touch it and then you realize it isn't. But, it looks nice. I really like this file and I highly recommend it.
