No height adjustment. And if so, then it's unduly tedious to do. The arms reach all the way up and it's the weight of the monitors themselves that has to push it down and then you have to hope the balance hits the desired height. It's annoying, but the monitor on my desk is about the same height as mine. The instructions are bad. There's no good indication of which screws are which (and they have names from MA to MK, no page showing actual size for comparison while the tutorial images are small and blurry to make out. There's even a part, where the screw type is - it's an option between the two Once installed it's nice but the process of getting it was annoying.
