Use for swimming. Bluetooth is unstable in a 25 meter pool - I usually lose signal on the other end when syncing with my phone. You can download a playlist to bypass Bluetooth restrictions, but being limited to a fixed playlist is frustrating. The sound quality is good, not good. You must attach the headphones well or the speakers will get wet and not work until they are dry. The receiver connected to the glasses works perfectly. You can't see the receiver, so it's not very easy to use the controls. In general I am not satisfied with them. Will likely return.
