People who leave negative reviews don't know what they are talking about. Pure vitamin E oil SHOULD be very thick and syrupy, that's how you know it's pure. If it's liquid, that means it's been diluted. I didn't notice a strong odor either. This stuff is real. This has been a life saver for me, great to mix with a moisturizer at night and great for healing scars.
