Review on Sports Backpack Bungee Pocket Orange Backpacks for Laptop Backpacks by Amy Silakos

Ordered this bag for my daughter for Christmas. She opened it on Christmas Day and started using it on January 3rd. On the eighth day, using the bag, it literally fell apart at the seams. 4 days after Amazon's 30 day return policy I was told to contact the manufacturer. I did so and was told I would need to register the product and then make a warranty claim. So far I've been there for 10 days and haven't heard back. Hope to solve this. I'll edit the post if I find out anything. Update 2/11/20: Haven't heard from the company yet.
