Nice set. They actually give you enough balloons to fill it up. It looked very nice hung. There are no instructions, but it wasn't hard to figure out. I used control hooks and tied a rope around the balloon ribbon and hung it that way. Some of the smaller balloons lost some air after a few days so I would suggest doing this in no more than 24 hours. The 10″ balloons have been flaring up nicely for 10 days now (the birthday girl wanted to be flaring up balloons so we're still having fun). I didn't use glue dots. They weren't that great and held up better than anything else. Double-sided foam tape is the best option. Oh, and buy a balloon pump. I inflated all 100+ in under 30 minutes. I recommend.
