. So far they are great and working exactly as I hope. They come in their own case with a cleaning cloth which is very comfortable and feels soft against the skin. The glasses themselves are of good build quality. The lenses sit on plastic frames; It would be nice if they were metal but honestly it doesn't matter, they seem to be solidly built. As for the most important part, the lenses themselves, they clearly block A LOT if not almost all of the blue light. When worn, everything has a strong yellow-orange hue. This can be problematic for those working in fields like digital design, but for me as a programmer, they are ideal. I can avoid the strain and fatigue on my eyes that I typically sit in front of a screen for 10 hours a day, and after a few minutes of adjustment I almost forget they're even on me. : After owning and using both, the Spectrum Points take over the Gunnar. Firstly, the Gunnar glasses I bought did not come with a carrying case and the lenses picked up a lot of dust and oil very quickly and required frequent cleaning. So far, spectrum glasses have had significantly fewer problems. Second, Spectrum lenses definitely block more blue light than Gunnars. I haven't had a chance to shine blue light through either but I can anecdotally say that the orange/yellow tint of the Spectrum glasses is much stronger and from what I've read Gunnars are rated for blocking. Block 50% of blue light while rated for more than 99%. Finally, and this is just a matter of personal preference, apart from the yellowish tint on the lenses, I prefer the Spectrum style; They look more like "regular" glasses than the glasses I had. generally only applies to those who want to protect their eyesight in the long term
