Review on ๐Ÿคพ McDavid 512 Elastic Elbow Sleeve: Flexible Support for Active Elbows by Dustin Woodrow

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Should I take the medium size?

I recently developed tennis elbow due to strength training and constant wrist rotation/elbow fixation at work. I bought compression sleeves from the tails because that's all they had, but all I really needed were elbow compression sleeves (I didn't want to look like an NBA point guard). The Mcdavid compression elbow pad is just the ticket. The material is soft cotton and compared to my sleeve it doesn't irritate the inside of the elbow. I spend two hours a day in the gym and I never feel uncomfortable. Worn to the gym for a few days, thrown in the wash and as good as new. The compression is even from the forearm to the middle of the bicep. No free seats. Only thing is I ordered a large one as Amazon doesn't sell medium ones. I'm by no means small (6ft 0in and 180lbs), but I would prefer a medium size for added compression. My compression sleeves are tighter and relieve more pain. Otherwise the McDavid compression elbow pad works great.
