I usually buy a fixed length of Cablz wire which I am very happy with. I like the 14 inch models so they don't stick out too much over my head. I've been using it for many years now, I'm very happy with it. I recently bought a new pair of sunglasses and decided to try this silicone strap. I chose 16" because it's the shortest. I like it! Of course it behaves differently when wired. This silicone tends to sag and usually ends up in my shirt collar, but it's not uncomfortable - I don't feel it really, the silicone is so light, in general I'm very satisfied, if I had to choose between the two I would probably go for wired, but it's a tight situation.
