Still bad. The average lifespan according to my logbook is around 3-3500 hours. It's terrible. Don't waste money. These are just overloaded LEDs. Update: They have a high failure rate outdoors. I haven't determined if the problem is thermal cycling, high delta or something else, but I've seen external use (where the IP65 case is located) months before the failures started to appear, and more often than not the lights start blinking. It looks like some assembly flux is collecting on the joint faces, but it's probably external, while I haven't seen any other signs of external corrosion or anything like that. The lamp as a whole tends to behave after a strong push on either side of the LED arrays. ----------- -------------------- Excellent replacement for 12V incandescent bulbs (bayonet type? I don't know think about the classification ) VERY bright, snot beats from halogen lamps in the same class. Excellent price, I will probably order more. I use them indoors and outdoors.
