I was always looking for a lamp like this, read all the reviews, my kids loved it, we opened it and couldn't use half of the functions because of a tiny flicker of light noticeable enough to see through your eyes, which hurt for a while. It only worked in laser mode. We liked the shape (slim profile saves shelf space compared to other similar products) and the customizability, but had to return it. I'm assuming we received a defective model as other people don't mention it, but we questioned its durability. I'm so tired of these things gone in 1-2 years. Electronics must be manufactured and repaired to the best of our knowledge and belief, this light did not pass the test.
