Received this because my nephew's child has trouble regulating body temperature and needs help. A feature that turns it off after 30 minutes isn't a feature, it's a pain. In addition, it is not insulated at all, so the ice pack will not stay frozen for more than 10-15 minutes, and the ice will melt even faster. Overall, I'd be better off buying a nebulizer and doing it that way because this thing requires more attention than a special needs kid and all their other equipment combined. Oh, and the power button only works intermittently. So it either gets stuck (until the 30 minutes is up) or gets stuck until it decides to work. I wouldn't care. Great idea, terrible execution.
