cuts well; Best value among tools and accessories

works. good for the price. 9/18 - At first I thought these scissors were a little tight but after using them for about 6 months I love them and really enjoy the control they offer with the tight fit they offer. The price is very fair and I would buy them again. I prefer them to my more expensive "fancy" scissors!
