Cheap chinese parts that are good for prototyping simple circuits, but not for production or permanent use. They have no datasheets or specs, and likely wouldn't meet them even if they had them. You know what you are getting when you pay this little for a huge set of parts. Don't expect miracles, and buy good parts from a reputable dealer if you are building or repairing something that you care about.

at 50mA max through the diode, the voltage drop across the 3.3V diode was 4.05V and 3.95V for two that I tested. One of the 3V diodes had a 3.85V drop. These are essentially useless, and I will have to buy a different set. I will need to double check all of the remaining diodes since in electronics, accuracy matters.

Appears to be good quality, I was able to match a defective/burnt component through trial and error. System is working and stable to date.

Great assortment of Zener diodes. Wish there were some documentation but I guess if you’re buying you kinda should know.Used on kids science project. As far as I know these worked, but I don’t really have the knowledge to know for sure. The science project kinda flopped but I don’t know if was the diodes fault.

Have not tried these yet but they appear to be good quality. The fact that they a guaranteed for a full year gives me plenty so if I find any subpar ones I can get them replaced. So far very pleased with the purchase.

Review based on product as received, not yet tested. Item is as represented in photos, printing on body is very small, so if you do breadboarding, you'll want to take care to keep them separated or keep a jeweler's loupe handy.

Very good product for a must reliable component on a any regulator circuit. Good power margin and price. Recommend it! The size of the package can be improved for easy storage.

Only needed one of these for my specific project, however the price was good so rather than paying a very similar cost for a single diode or a pack of multiple diodes of the same spec, i figured sooner or later I’ll need another one with a different voltage spec so it’s nice to have a decent selection now in my electronics parts toolbox. I am totally impressed by the quality and affordability of this handy Zener Diode kit. The diodes are new with full-length axial leads, grouped by value and clearly marked. I have measured the breakdown voltage on the lower values and they also appear to be accurate. I can recommend this kit for any electronic hobbyist/engineer.

This has been a very good assortment of voltage references and most importantly protection diodes. They are used in I/O designs and MOSFET gate protection. I did have to build a current limited reverse voltage tester but have not found any diodes miss-marked or out of range.

Bought these for a hobby project where I needed varying voltage regulation/over-voltage protection (lead acid battery constant voltage charging circuit). A nice selection of useful Zener voltages also means I have plenty for other projects (older computer power supplies particularly where 0.5W Zeners don't last well).

Large selection. Low cost. Low levels accurate to within a few percent which is great for hobby use. Higher levels slightly better overall.

easier, quicker and cheaper to buy this whole assortment than to get just the few I needed from an electronics store or distributor like Mouser.

I was repairing a Tivoli radio that had a problem in the power supply. It has a Zener diode I was not sure the diode was the problem and I couldn't read the number on it to order one. I didn't want to un solder it to find the number. For a little more money than buying just the exact diode and having it shipped I bought this comprehensive selection on Prime. Update, i bought these to do a diode mod on my Volkswagen, one already blew out in less then a month so it my rating is going from 5 stars to 3

My 3rd brake light went out on my 97 land cruiser and it was because of one of the resistors. I soldiered a new one in from this pack and everything works like new! Plus, I have 99 pieces for many other applications.

Perfect! These worked fantastically! Needed some for running multiple switches to one light and didn't want it to backfeed and power the other switches. A very good assortment of voltage ranges. 10 diodes per voltage. I only needed the 12v ones for my cars system. Just note they are only 1w rated so very light applications. Very happy!
