Zener diode assortment protects MOSFETs
This has been a very good assortment of voltage references and most importantly protection diodes. They are used in I/O designs and MOSFET gate protection. I did have to build a current limited reverse voltage tester but have not found any diodes miss-marked or out of range.
- Used several of them , no defective ones thus far.
- Some diodes will experience voltage drift over time
