This is my second order of these lamps. I am in the process of converting all my house lighting to LEDs and I love being able to dim them when needed and they work well when dimmed. I installed the first order in half of my basement ceiling. They were much brighter and gave off less heat than older incandescent bulbs. After about a year they were perfect so I ordered another one for the second half. Basements are usually dark due to the lack of natural light, with these bulbs you will forget you are in the basement.
