I like that our team can access it anywhere (in addition to having everything in one place). The interface could be more intuitive - maybe less techy? It needs some work, but we're working hard at putting out amazing customer service every day! And they do listen when you have any concerns or questions!! There are so many features available now through their mobile apps as well (which help with employee scheduling too!). We've seen substantial improvements over just using an Excel spreadsheet for checkins/outings etc., which makes things much easier for employees who need time off from checking guests into rooms.
