Looks like a basic selfie stick at first glance, but with a gentle push of a button on the underside, the base opens up on three legs to be used as a tripod . I love the fact that I can use it as a portable tripod and also as a selfie stick. I am a local kendo instructor and whenever we have a new face or visitor in the dojo I use this to take a group selfie or tripod group photo. The flexibility to choose between the two was a big plus. After a few months of use, the plastic part that lets you tilt the phone holder cracked, but customer service has been great and provided us with a new selfie stick. Not only is the product great, but the customer support is excellent. And because of that, I gave 5 starts. I think a lot of plastic devices can be fragile but the customer support is what adds value to the product and this company deserves it.
