I had an operation on my foot in April, and at the end of May I was allowed to put weight on my surgical foot in special boots with an air channel, an insole of about 1.5 inches and a roll-off sole. I don't have any shoes that fit the boot and even walking around my house has resulted in calf, hip and thigh problems on both sides. I thought of rocker shoes and found them. I don't wear shoes when sitting. They are easy to take off, but easy to put on with the help of small tabs. The gray color goes well with the boot. I like the mesh upper which is very breathable. The bottom of the rocker is very similar to the bottom of the boot so I pedal equally on both feet and the balance is comfortable. more than just balancing the weight on the affected leg. I expect to continue wearing them after my foot has healed at times when I want added height without wearing heels.
