I could tell when I unpackaged the shoes that they wouldn't fit right, and unfortunately I was correct. I bought the correct size (9.5) but it just didn't form to my foot well and created a very unstable & wobbly ankle. The heel itself felt high quality and sturdy but when put on, I didn't feel stable at all. I am so in love with these shoes! They are even cuter in person if that's even possible and they look good with just about everything. I am definitely not a heels kind of girl but I've been trying to branch out and these are the most comfortable easy to walk in heels I've ever owned. I ordered my true size and the fit was perfect, even though I have a wide foot. I should also mention that I'm a plus size girl and these shoes are still comfortable!

It was well packaged and they are so comfortable. The strap portion was slightly loose but thankfully it’s adjustable! Pretty true to size as well!

These shoes are pretty and versatile, and although they don't read as expensive, they're not super cheap and plastic-y either. The main criticism I have is that they run very narrow.

Was a bit scared it wasn’t going to fit due my wide feet but the material is not rock hard like many synthetic man-made materials so it adjusted to my wide feet really well.

The shoes look narrow (I have Fred Flintstone feet) but the leather is soft and they stretch easily. I did not notice a lot of extra room in these shores as others have discussed. The soles are a soft rubber, so they feel much more cushiony than normal heels, more like sneakers. I did read the reviews before purchasing and my experience was that they weren’t at all comfortable. I have very high arches and Slender feet. Instead of returning them I’m going to donate them to the church close closet and hopefully someone will love them.

The color was nice. I ordered a size 8 and was sent a size 4. Plus the topis supposed to be leather, but it is stuck to plastic, which defeats the point of a leather upper.

The shoes are cute and fit as expected! One of the buckles were broken when I received them. They sent a replacement the same day and I received replacement quickly. They are comfortable and cute! Am happy with them.

These are the most comfortable, after breaking in, stylish, and versatile shoes. I wore them during travel that required a lot of walking and had no problems, after having been worn 2 days prior. They are great for work, church, or a night out. The price was quite comforting as well.

Shoes are great when standing most of the day, the heels are a little "bouncy” and not hard like most heels are made. I have back problems, so that was helpful. The insides of the foot bed came off literally hours into my first wear, and won’t re stick, so get some insoles for them! Overall happy with my shoes!

Super cute shoes! I can see the glue along the seam between the uppers and the rubber sole in places, but otherwise these are great quality for the price. The heels are the perfect height, making them reasonably comfortable to stand in. Adjustable straps are comfortable. I can wear them with thin socks or without.

I wish I had pictures but I love these shoes. I wore them to a funeral service and it was like 3/4 hours long several of those hours were just standing and I had no problems. They were super comfortable and now try to find a reason to wear them.

I love the look and the leather is excellent quality. They are wide. I have to wear two pair of socks. Many compliments on the look.

First off, they are exactly as described and I wish they fit better. The toebox of my right foot is too narrow for my foot, fits better for my left, but still the outward angle is too much and I'd be in pain if I wore them.Second, the sole of the shoe is lower for the balls of my feet than for my toes. These shoes are super cute and even though they are a little loose, they feel comfortable and sturdy. I like the chunky heel as they make it feel more comfortable to walk in versus a stiletto type. These shoes will go perfectly with a black and white checked dress I have! I would recommend this product. They are a good buy for the money.

I love these shoes. I work at a funeral home and they are perfect for walking through the cemetery.My only complaint is the strap is ridiculously long.I had to pierce extra holes towards the top so I can wear them.

They ran big, but I was most disappointed with the buckle… it’s not really a functional buckle. I did get some compliments and if they were a smaller size, I wouldn’t mind the buckle too much.

I bought these for Oktoberfest activities at the Renaissance Faire. They were very comfortable, even when dancing and traipsing through the hills, stones and mud (it rained). But they're also cute enough to wear at the office (after a good cleaning of course). Very impressed.
