Shoes are great when standing most of the day, the heels are a little "bouncy” and not hard like most heels are made. I have back problems, so that was helpful. The insides of the foot bed came off literally hours into my first wear, and won’t re stick, so get some insoles for them! Overall happy with my shoes!
