The seat cover was no help for me unfortunately. It’s hard! I’m sure it depends on your specific concerns/issues when cycling, but I don’t believe this seat will resolve much. I bought the feather pattern and took the advice to get the XL. It is a perfect fit. I liked it so much that I bought 5 more, but accidentally clicked on LARGE, since that’s what I normally wear. If I hadn't adjusted to the size ( which I only cut to the outermost line for a size 2.5 size show so it was only the slightest trim) I would have returned. Smells like they were stored in a moist wet basement. Almost like wet soil or something. It's a shame because they seem to help and be comfortable. Great product for what its it's worth! I had the ring manufacturer product that didn't adjust like this one does, therefore I couldn't get the correct angles from my camera without the dominant glare of the white door, right next to my camera. This product did the trick to allow a wider range of degrees to adjust my camera away from my door. Boom!
