These worked well for my 10yr old who gets plantar fasciitis. However within 5 months they were already falling apart. I will say this is my second brand (third total pair) and have had this issue with all pairs. I understand they will get worn down but they wear down way too quickly for the money.

If I hadn't adjusted to the size ( which I only cut to the outermost line for a size 2.5 size show so it was only the slightest trim) I would have returned. I have ordered many of these, there is one thing to be aware of, the youth size says to size 6, but it is not that big, the size six really only fits up to a size 5 Y for my son. These healed his sports heel pain for years.

My son has been dealing with foot pain for a while. Tried many different types of orthotic inserts but they didn't really help and some made it worse. Don't know exactly what the issue is but these have solved it.

Better than getting new pair of sneakers. It’s very durable, thick and made for running and high impact sports. Works well! But one thing to keep in mind is to make sure the shoes have room and deep enough so that it doesn’t feel like the feet are coming out of the shoes when inserted.

These insoles arrived on time and well packaged. They were easy to trim with regular scissors using the size designations printed on the back. My granddaughter immediately said her shoes were more comfortable with them & has used them daily since. The price is good and I will be buying more. Thank you!

My 9 year old son's feet where getting sore and these definitely helped him. It was almost instantaneous. It has an arch but it's not very high but it definitely helped cure the ache. He's now back to running around and playing tag with his friends.

These insoles seem to have done the trick! My 8 year old kept complaining of heel pain while playing in his baseball cleats. He has worn the insoles one time so far. Fit my son’s size 3.5 shoe exactly without cutting. No sizing/cutting guide came with it. However, I returned because the heel pad is thick enough that it elevated his foot up out of his low cut soccer shoe. Would work with a shoe with higher coverage around ankle or a high top shoe and they were otherwise comfortable to stand in.

I originally got these because I felt like my daughter’s new shoes were a bit too too big and wile high quality, didn’t seem to have great padding on the soles. I bought these because a pair of my daughters' shoes had their insoles prematurely disintegrate. By mere coincidence, these actually fit perfect without even cutting. My only inconvenience was personal comfort for my daughter. These insoles have a raised bubble of cushion on the heel that she was not happy with. I really wish these would’ve worked. I got them for my son’s soccer shoes but they were wayyy too wide and thick (with original insoles removed). I figured I’d just keep them and use them in his regular sneakers (he wears a size 4 wide in Nike tanjun) and they were still too wide and bulky. his foot was lifted up too high in the shoe and the insole made it so that the opening was too wide around his ankle (with original insoles removed). Everyday after school or sports practice, my 6 year old would say his feet hurt. He is very flat footed with a minimal rotation because they are so flat. It has been 2 weeks of wearing the insoles and all he can say is, my feet feel so good mommy. I recommend this product for sure!

Well, they may be firm for support, but I'll never really know as they wouldn't fit properly in my daughter's high tops. They were supposed to be for size 0-2.5 but the bottoms said size 2-6. Well, I cut them down to the size 2 since I needed size 1 and they were too small and didn't even reach the end of her shoe. I'm so bummed that I spent $18 on these and now they are useless.
