If you plan to order these, know this.

I began to have heel pain in one of my heels that has since been diagnosed and is currently being treated as plantar fasciitis. I ordered these before I knew what the problem was. There are 3 things that people need to know.1. If you have just one heel hurting, you must wear both of these. They add height to your foot. If you wear only one, it's uncomfortable plus you will create another problem walking with one leg longer than the other.2. They are thick. They heighten your foot in your shoe…

Pros
  • ✶FITS IN MOST SHOES: Low-profile heel backing allows for fitting in most shoes
Cons
  • They may not provide enough cushioning for users with severe foot pain

Finally some relief!

I suffer from heel spurs and these worked well to give me some relief. They fit into most of my shoes and I hardly notice them once they're in. Only four-star rating because they don't fit into ALL of my shoes. I'm on my feet eight hours a day and they definitely help!

Pros
  • ok
Cons
  • They may require frequent cleaning

Quick Relief in my review

I bought these for my 11-year-old who developed heel pain (Sever's Disease is the likely culprit). Easy to use and a great fit. I bought these after calling Tuli customer support, who recommended these over the green heavy-duty inserts, which are comfortable, but the tops tend to roll down in snug-fitting shoes (like soccer cleats).

Pros
  • These are ok for the price. Relatively comfy, wish they were a but thicker. But I would recommend.
Cons
  • They may not work well with certain arch types

Works like a charm!

From the moment I put them in/on, my pain was 95% gone and I could walk without limping. I couldn’t believe it. Next morning, I was able to walk around in my shoes with no heel pain. I’ll keep these in my shoes from now on. Highly recommend these inserts!

Pros
  • Fits very well.
Cons
  • Gave some comfort but less than expected.

Pain Free Finally! in my review

I suffer from a torn Achilles. The original doc suggested I wear a boot (two years ago). After a few months with no relief, I removed the boot and suffered with the pain. A month ago I visited an Orthopedic and Sports Medicine doc and he suggested heel cups to reduce the amount of stretching on my Achilles. Specifically, his assistant showed me this product. I bought them. I have been pain free ever since. I so wish someone would have suggested them a long time ago. I highly recommend these…

Pros
  • These soft heel cuffs are working out very well..
Cons
  • They may not be effective for severe cases of plantar fasciitis

Helps the heel pain

These were recommended by my podiatrist, and they have helped greatly. I am able to play pickleball for several hours and walk longer distances. They do well in cushioning my heels.

Pros
  • The heal cup prevents the irritation and blistering of my heels.
Cons
  • They may cause an allergic reaction in some users

Help relieve plantar fasciitis.

I don't like to write reviews but these Tulis heel cups deserve praise. They greatly contributed to my ability to walk when I had plantar fasciitis. They relieve pressure on the heels and facilitate healing. I am a health care professional and started recommending these 30 years ago, before I myself had any foot problems. Now I keep them permanently in my regular walking shoes. This "So Soft" type fit my shoes better than the originals. I wear a womans size 8.5 shoe. I think the original type…

Pros
  • Helps relieve heel pain
Cons
  • They may cause discomfort for people with sensitive skin

Took my pain away! best in my review

I have suffered with Achilles tendinitis along with severe heel pain for the last two years. Today I tried these heel cups and almost Immediately felt relief! I wore them about three hours with more pain relief than I’ve had over two years.

Pros
  • ✶ALL-DAY COMFORT: Soft fabric combined with gel heel cup means better shock absorption and comfort
Cons
  • They may take up too much space in the shoe, making it difficult to wear some styles

Helps ease the pain in my achilles

I have insertional achiles tendinitis and these heel cups help take the pressure off. They also hold up well. That's my feedback!

Pros
  • Cradled my sore heel perfectly.
Cons
  • They may shift around and not provide consistent support

Not as good as Tuli’s all rubber ones

My son has Sever’s Disease from playing sports. We got the all rubber ones (also on Walmart) from a podiatrist, and those provide more relief/support for the heal pain than these. The rubber ones are a pain to get them to fit well in your shoes, so these are much better for fit in the shoes. However, they don’t seem to provide as much support as the green rubber ones. So, if you are just looking for support and are not dealing with Sever’s or something else equally painful, these would probably

Pros
  • February 3, 2020
Cons
  • They may not stay in place during physical activity

Relieves everyday pressure

I bought these for my 11 yr old who wears a size 8.5 men’s shoe. He wears these in his everyday shoes and says they feel good and fit comfortably in his shoes. I was worried they would fit awkwardly on his foot, but that is not the case.

Pros
  • They give my heels good support.
Cons
  • They may be too thick and uncomfortable

Very comfortable and fit well into my shoes.

The heel cups fit into my shoes perfect. I have been wearing for weeks and they are holding up great. The material is of good quality.

Pros
  • Health & Household
Cons
  • They may not provide enough relief for users with chronic pain

Works wonderfully in my review

I have narrow heels with my right leg slightly shorter than my left causing that heel to rub side to side. This stops it giving the feeling that the shoe just fits right. It's been 2 months and I'm very happy!

Pros
  • Health Care
Cons
  • They may not be suitable for people with certain foot injuries

pain relief best in my review

I would say has help me walk with more comfort during the day I have had severe planter fascia and heel pain. I notice difference when walking at home with nothing on feet. Value is a little pricey would love closer to a 10 -12 dollar price point but overall great.

Pros
  • Condition
Cons
  • They may cause additional foot pain

Great for heel pain, blisters and Haglund’s

Because they’re a cup, they provide much cushioned relief to the back of heel, as well as bottom of heel. I’ve tried everything (for years!) from $800 orthotics to various stick-on-foot products and stick-on-shoe products for plantar fasciitis and back-of-heel blisters due to Haglund’s (bone bump on back of heel). They are rather thick and don’t fit into my dressier shoes, but I assume the thickness is what provides the comfort. Best product I’ve found for my needs!

Pros
  • Heel Cushions & Cups
Cons
  • They may not be effective for users with other foot or ankle conditions

Big relief for heel pain due to plantar fasciitis

I have a bone spur on my heel and suffer from plantar fasciitis. In addition to physical therapy and orthopedic inserts, this heel cup made a world of difference. Now no pain when walking or performing other physical activities!

Pros
  • Inserts & Insoles
Cons
  • They may cause additional pressure on the balls of the feet

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good in "full " shoe

These fit quite well in sport shoes or full cover shoes but not so comfortable in ladies shoes (e.g. ballerinas). Makes the shoe feel smaller so would work best if you have 1/2 size larger shoe than usually. With ballerinas or other less full ladies shoes, it makes your hill stick out and hence the shoes might not fit comfortable and your hill feels like it want to pop out.

Pros
  • Fit well, gave relief to heel.
Cons
  • They may be too bulky for some users

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Wear them inside your socks

The first thing you need to know, is that you have to wear them inside your socks. The grid underneath that cushions your heel will make a fart sound every time you step down if you have them in your shoe. I wore them in my socks and it resolved that’s issue. However, I had a different pair of these insoles that were all rubber and the rubber chafed under my heel. This pair is covered in fabric and that gives just enough protection from the skin on rubber issue. They’re very comfortable and…

Pros
  • It fits into my causal shoes perfectly. Doesn’t make shoes too tight .
Cons
  • They may be too heavy for some users

Good oroduct best in my review

Regular fit my sneakers well to walk the halls in the hospital. Have reoccurring Achilles tendinitis but the heel lift I was using was making my knee hurt. These provide enough cushion without throwing off my knee position while walking. Used for hiking as well and worked great. Would recommend.

Pros
  • the heel cups are as described, they can be a bit more comfortable
Cons
  • They did not help with the pain
