Fit as expected; great value.

Excellent value for the price. Doesn't fill as much volume as the more expensive ones, so not as good for boots. But for running shoes or other low volume shoes, I will buy again. My husband also has plantar fasciitis. After being happy with mine, I ordered him a pair. He did not find them comfortable or helpful. Obviously everyone's feet are different and not every insole works for every person.I still highly recommend giving them a try. I'm happy to have a more affordable insert that works for

Pros
  • Helps to relieve pressure on your feet

Comfortable fit!: my feedback

Bought two pairs, one for trail/hiking shoes (Salomon) and one for road running shoes (Mizuno WR). Fit is good in both after taking out the insole that came in them. The cushioning is nice and really helps. They are not so big that your shoe fits too tight. I have a high arch and wide foot and roll out on edge of foot some. My only issue is some squeak in left shoe. Have tried it in other shoes and still have the squeak.both pairs. Would like to not have the squeak. It is in the heel of only…

Pros
  • Fits well in sneaker but not as much support and cushioning as the other brand I used
Cons
  • Insoles did not fit my arch. Tried to give to girlfriends. Did not fit anyone.

I'm a sometime marathon runner and I run every day. Most days 3-5 miles, 8-10 miles on weekends. I've had no particular problems but I just thought maybe insoles would give me a little more support and cushioning, and I liked the look of these ones. They're well built, solid and not too thick with a heel cup support. My issue is that swapping them in to my normal running shoes they're just so big and heavy. They're about a quarter inch thick through the soles and thicker at the heel. This means…

Pros
  • Provides extra support and cushioning for your feet
Cons
  • Can be difficult to clean

Pretty true to size and relieves foot aches

I bought this support for my girlfriend for her work shoes. She needed a size 9 and this support fit her shoe pretty well. It was wide enough to fit like a glove but it was just a tad short in the toes. It doesn't seem to affect the effectiveness of this support, however. Prior to this support, she'd come home from work complaining about her feet hurting. Now, she's not mentioned her feet hurting once in the nearly 2 weeks of usage. When asked after the first day of use, she told me that she…

Pros
  • Perfect for those with foot pain or flat feet
Cons
  • May slip around inside shoe

Grey inserts little to no cushion

So I ordered a pair of grey inserts because another reviewer said they were a little thinner, and I tried to fit them on top of the old padding on my zoom vomero 14 which made made the sneaker fit too snug. I then tried the sneaker with just the insert, but there was little to no cushion.I’m not sure how anyone is going running in these, unless the other colors are different. Then on top of it, I couldn’t return them because the insert had to be trimmed to fit the 10 insert in my size 10 nike…

Pros
  • Made from high-quality materials for long-lasting use
Cons
  • May not be durable enough

Good inserts for bad feet

I have a very high instep, that bone on the top of the foot and a high arch. I also have to wear an additional rubber insert in my shoes to protect the large bone on the bottom of the foot below the big toe because I do not have enough of a fat pad to keep that area from getting sore. Good luck finding anything that can accommodate both the high instep and the additional pad. I have three pairs of years old Vasque trail runners that I really need to replace but haven't yet found anything that…

Pros
  • Provides excellent shock absorption and impact resistance
Cons
  • Could be relatively expensive

Excellent inserts!: my feedback

Fantastic insert! I bought my first pair for my son about a year ago ago. He outgrew them and his shoes before I ordered another pair of inserts. So I used some doctor Scholls I had laying around. After 1 day, my son said the inferior inserts caused pain in his heels and shins. Thanks to Best Buys quick shipping he didn’t suffer long before replacing the Wernies inserts. They really work great without having an arch that’s too extreme.Pros:- they fit in regular athletic shoes (after removing…

  • Health Care

  • Not water resistant

Perfect Fit Even for my Wide 10.5-4E Shoes

The insoles on my Reebok Runners were worn and had holes in them over the ball of my foot! One day while walking I nearly got a blister as a result! Ordered these inserts, but was concerned whether the Men's size 10 insert would be wide enough for my 10.5-4E shoes. Received them 2 days later, pulled the old insoles out (they were lightly glued to the sole of the shoe) and slid the new inerts into my shoe and they fit just fine! (There is about 1/8 of an inch of space between the insole and the

Pros
  • Provides extra arch support for better comfort and performance
Cons
  • Could affect balance

Way thicker than regular insoles.

They definitely show way more support than my new balance ones that came with my shoes.I was starting to get knee pain cause I run a lot and then I realized I was basically running on paper maybe cardboard at the max.wish you could see and feel the paper think insoles from new balance 120 dollar vongo shoes I had.the only thing im scared of is that these aren't for people with high arch support cause I'm more on the flat footed side.so we shall see.

Pros
  • They were a good fit.
Cons
  • Limited sizes available

Really Good Inserts

I bought these because I wore holes in the soles of my favorite shoes. My plan was to remove the old ones and put these in, but the old ones are really glued in there, so I just put these on top. There is a noticeable difference in the vertical space I have in the shoe, but the inserts are so comfy that it doesn't bother me. I'm a women's 8 and ordered the medium. Mine fit perfectly in my shoes so if you're any smaller than that, plan on having to trim them down a little.

Pros
  • Helps to alleviate stress on your feet and joints
Cons
  • Could be too bulky for some

As Advertised: my feedback

I bought a few different inserts recently as my new job position requires me on my feet moving fast and often, if your are in the market for as advertised these are pretty much that. I didn't know which ones to try as many are different and each person has different problwms. Ive worked with them on for awhile now and can say for me it's made the job more comfortable and I don't have as many aches in my feet at the end of the day. I can definitely feel when I wear a different pair of shoes.I…

Pros
  • Extra comfort and support for people with foot injuries or conditions
Cons
  • Could add extra wear and tear to shoes

Fit well in Adidas Ultra Boost 19

As the headline says they fit well in the recent model of the Ultra Boost. Didn't have to alter the insole in any way just slipped them right in.I will say that as some one who runs frequently the insole did add a bit of weight to the shoe which is negligible and hasn't affected my times or running performance.

Pros
  • Perfect for use in work boots and other heavy-duty footwear
Cons
  • May not be slip-resistant

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Decent quality, heavy, short

As others have mentioned these are heavy. Weight approx. 96 grams each, my other inserts were about 64 grams. They do appear to be good quality, but are short. I ordered the 12.5-13 US mens and they are more like a 12 before trimming. Other than that they seem like a good deal for the money.

Pros
  • Fits easily into most types of shoes
Cons
  • Could be too rigid for some

Comfortable and affordable!

I ordered a pair of these Sneaker Inserts by Wernies for my son and he loves them! My son was coming home from school complaining that his feet hurt. I tried just about every brand of sneaker for him but nothing helped. I was tired of wasting money on sneakers so I decided to give inserts a try. We went to a local retail store and got a pair of gel inserts that he didn't like at all. A week later, we decided to search Best Buy for sneaker inserts being that we could read about other customers…

Pros
  • Helps to reduce the risk of injuries during physical activity
Cons
  • Could be difficult to remove/insert

Decent, not as nice as superfeet or powerstep, but cheaper

I wear insoles in all my shoes. I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the other brands I like: something with a comfortable ball and a hard plastic arch. These were definitely not as nice as superfeet or powerstep. They don't feel as sturdy or hard. The rubber is fine, not too squishy, which is my preference. I would have liked the instep to be a harder plastic and probably a little higher. So far they've worked sufficiently well and been comfortable. For half to a third the price of my…

Pros
  • Helps to improve your foot alignment and balance
Cons
  • May not be suitable for wider-than-average feet

Too small… for my opinion

I’ve ordered these time and time again cause they are great and I’ve used them in the same boots, but this time I ordered them they were a half size too small, but I ordered the same size as usual and there’s no size 8? I’m confused to why this happened. Unfortunately I need to return now

Pros
  • Provides excellent shock absorption for better comfort and performance
Cons
  • Might not fit snugly, causing discomfort

Too much squeaking best in my review

The product delivers on a fair to moderate support. Size for me was a little narrow in the back, but front was fine. My reason for 4 stars is they are soooo squeaky! In my shoes people can hear me coming, and yes, I wear socks. That’s the main thing that if I walk into a quiet room, my shoes are all you hear squeaking.

Pros
  • Can help to reduce foot fatigue and improve energy levels
Cons
  • Could create a "hot spot" inside shoe

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good, comfy neutral support.

These provide good neutral support in hiking or work shoes. I put them in a pair of women's Newton ridge hiking boots and have hiked in them and they were very comfortable.

Pros
  • Helps to reduce foot odor and bacteria buildup
Cons
  • May not allow for enough toe room

Low durability or?: my feedback

I replace my insoles very often (about 3 months) from playing badminton, I've tried insoles from $1035 trying to find out which one would fit my play style (dashing a lot and sudden stops).I bought this insole total of 3 times, the first 2 pair lasted 2-3 months, however, the most recent pair only lasted 1 month.Pro: budget friendly, semi-comfortable, doesn't skidCon: not too durable, the ball part of the insole is very thin due to gel padding at bottom, then foam, then cotton topper. It's…

Pros
  • Durable construction for long-lasting use
Cons
  • Could be difficult to switch between shoes

Work great! - my new review

I used these to replace the insoles in some running shoes (won't name the brand, but popular shoes with runners, not just "running shoe" style shoes). These give me a little more support and help prevent some foot pain. I'll buy these again when these wear out.

Pros
  • Provides a comfortable, supportive fit for all-day wear
Cons
  • May add extra weight to shoe
