Good for the price in my review

I wanted an insole to support my arch and ankle and give cushioning in my running and walking shoes.Wernies give a solid foundation at a reasonable price. I would like a little more cushioning. It was good enough that I bought a second pair.

Pros
  • Can be easily trimmed to fit your shoe size perfectly
Cons
  • May cause discomfort for some users

Slid Right In good for me

I bought these inserts to replace my worn out adidas inserts and they slid right in to the sneaker with no cutting needed. I have worn them for 2 days and they are very comfortable. They definitely are a great replacement for worn inserts and as you can see will definitely extend the lifetime of my sneakers! Only time will tell if they will stand up to the rigorous use but so far it’s A+++!

Pros
  • Inserts & Insoles
Cons
  • May require breaking in period

Exactly what I wanted and a great bang for buck

Pretty true to size regarding length. Adidas shoes will have a minuscule bit of length on these, Nikes will be slightly shorter, but they will fit in either one with other shoe brands matching it exactly being Asics, Saucony, Reebok, Puma, Clark's, and Sketchers. The arch support is great for someone who's never tried insoles and only worn at random times Dr Scholls gel inserts. These are definitely above and beyond those and the price is either the same or less than other gel insoles. The…

Pros
  • Can help to alleviate knee and lower back pain
Cons
  • Could cause pressure points

Good for the price in my review

1 - The insoles fit into the shoe well2 - No squeaking, contrary to what a few reviewers said3 - substantial cushion for the heel4 - a little cushion in the ball of the foot, I wish there were more, still it's better than the worn out insoles that came with the shoe5 - No arch support (but that's not what I needed anyway

Pros
  • Health & Household
Cons
  • Takes up some space in shoe

Comfy and Adequate Durability

The hard heel support is great. These had to be fitted with a pair of scissors, so fine afterwards. Crepe rubber soled shoes will appreciate the renewed support.js

Pros
  • Improves overall stability and balance during exercise
Cons
  • Might not be suitable for high-impact activities

Soft with cushion: my feedback

As a professor, I am always on my feet. My wife started buying shoe inserts for me years ago and I found these and got them. They do offer a lot of cushion, I have been walking in them since I got them the other day. I take long walks with my dogs. So far they feel really good. The sizing was just off by a tiny bit.I like how the heel part is slightly deeper giving just a bit more support than I have had in other cushioned inserts. I have a high arch though, and if these had a higher arch on…

Pros
  • Provides a comfortable, customized fit for your feet
Cons
  • May not be aesthetically pleasing

Fits well, looks great, too

I bought this to help with my heel. It has a tendency to ache sometimes when I'm in a cramped position for too long or put too much pressure on my legs during the day. Helps mostly when washing dishes as I have a sink with a lower head, so it causes me to bend over in an an uncomfortable position at times, but while wearing these, I don't feel a thing. My only issue with this is that it took so much forceful pushing to fit it into my shoe of the same size. I bought according to the scale, but…

Pros
  • Can help to reduce the risk of ankle sprains and other injuries
Cons
  • Could be too thick for some

I have these in all my shoes

I really like these. I used to get sore feet after walking just a couple of miles until I started using insoles. I tried a couple of brands before discovering these and now I have them in all of my shoes. I haven't had issues with sore feet in a very long time and I walk a good 10 miles every day.

Pros
  • Provides excellent arch support for flat feet and other conditions
Cons
  • Might not be able to withstand extreme weather conditions

Comfortable and supportive arch support

I like this product very much. I require a brace that goes under my foot for support of a paralysis. I didn’t purchase it for running. I wanted something to place over my brace for comfort in shoes that don’t have a removable insole. With this insole I can use it in my boots, slippers and all of my shoes. I have been looking for just the right one and this turned out to be the best one.

Pros
  • Can help to improve your gait and walking mechanics
Cons
  • Could be too soft for some users

I bought this because I very often kept changing shoes because the sole became hard sooner as I travel a lot and do a lot of hiking when one of my friends suggested using something like this sole. There is something when you where this:1) Make sure your shoe already has enough gap to put this sole, meaning, if your shoe is already cramped and tight/ to the fit, then you won't be able to fit this sole inside and put your shoe as well2) I'm 5ft 8" tall, I wear 9.5 Men's shoe and as the…

Very durable! good for me

I bought these insoles after the ones that came in my trail running shoes were destroyed in my last mud run. I bought the Large size since my shoes were size 9.5 in women's, but I needed to trim them a little. I wore these for the Rugged Maniac and the Spartan Beast (13+ miles) and they held up great! They got a little squeaky when wet, but even after fording through a river they held up! I was very pleased and they gave new life to my trail runner shoes preventing me from needing to get…

Pros
  • Provides excellent traction for better performance on any surface
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with knee or back problems

Great Product on my review.

I've had these insoles in my work-boots for about 200 hours. (I average 7 miles per shift walking on concrete) These insole have performed well above my expectations during that period. Having gel in the heels and forefoot caught my attention but I believe the best feature is the semi-rigid support just in front of the heel. This supports the arch of my foot comfortably reducing foot fatigue. I wear size 13 boots and these are slightly short for that size so they occasionally slip forward when…

Pros
  • Can help to improve your posture and alignment
Cons
  • May not be suitable for all types of running surfaces

High Quality Insoles: Well Made & Feels Great!

The maker should be proud with this product:+1.Made with quality material and very well made, with classy look and feel;+2. Support for heel and arch are great - the heel area is quite thick. Initially I was a bit concerned, but after a couple of days, fit well and my feet feel very well supported. Took my dog out for 1 hour+ walks for a couple of times so far; feel great!Things to watch out for:*1. As mentioned, the heel area is quick thick. If it fits your shoes, a great thing. However, if…

Pros
  • Extra support and cushioning for better comfort and performance
Cons
  • Could flatten over time
