I bought these insoles after the ones that came in my trail running shoes were destroyed in my last mud run. I bought the Large size since my shoes were size 9.5 in women's, but I needed to trim them a little. I wore these for the Rugged Maniac and the Spartan Beast (13+ miles) and they held up great! They got a little squeaky when wet, but even after fording through a river they held up! I was very pleased and they gave new life to my trail runner shoes preventing me from needing to get another pair.
