I have these in all my shoes

I really like these. I used to get sore feet after walking just a couple of miles until I started using insoles. I tried a couple of brands before discovering these and now I have them in all of my shoes. I haven't had issues with sore feet in a very long time and I walk a good 10 miles every day.

Pros

Provides excellent arch support for flat feet and other conditions

Cons

Might not be able to withstand extreme weather conditions
