So, they hurt enough to wake me while I was asleep to take them off. Over time, no problems. I've done a week long trip to Disneyworld with these, and a week without. I can say that at the end of my trip with these thing, I was hobbling, but only out of exhaustion. Not because my feet were tearing themselves apart.Big improvement on previous trips.

I've ordered a few types of ball of foot gel pads. The first ones didn't separate the toes and one ended up causing my little toe to get squished and feel uncomfortable, even after taking them off. I have had these for a few weeks just to be safe and make sure they last- and I have found that they are fine barefoot, but will definitely wear down longer because you’re having to clean them more regularly (pet hair, spills in the kitchen while cooking, etc) and if you have hardwood floors like i do, the breathing pads will suction to the floor, straining the material.I wear them off and on throughout the day with socks and/or house slippers, and do not wear them during my sleep. I've recently discovered that I have bunion and it is getting worse. So I have been in the hunt for pain relief options and this one is a winner. Also very comfortable and feels really nice. It fits in my shoes and I'm wearing them to work. Worth the money for sure.

These work well for spreading my toes however after several hours they have the pad of my foot hurting and even burning from the hole pattern in the bottom. I'm going to take the suggestion of another reviewer and try them upside down. If that doesn't work then these are pretty useless as they help one problem yet cause another.

I was skeptical when purchased but as soon as I slipped them on, oh my! Found it very comfortable and my toes didn't hurt. My right foot has a bunion on the big toe which is leaning over to the next toe, which is raised up due to the big toe and the next third toe is leaning towards the big toe which is causing a lot of pain, even at rest.I was so surprised how good these feel on. I slide them on, make sure they fit securely between my toes (use on both feet) and then slip on my crew stockings.

Not quite sturdy enough.only about 4 uses before the bottom of the first one tore while I was putting it on. They are thin and ventilated on the sole pad, which makes sense.I am trying to be extra careful with the second one. I wish they came in a 4-pack of left OR right, rather than 2 of each.

I watched the video's before purchasing. I read the submitted comments from buyers. I researched other products. I bought these and finally put them on both feet. You get 2 packages in ea is left/right both feet. (so 2 sets) They are soft and subtle, somewhat hard to get on. DO NOT FIT as shown, the person in video possibly is small/short. They dont help me at all. They are uncomfortable. After an hour , I want to rip off. The rubber on bottom of foot seems to bother my feet

These Metatarsal gel Pads can be effective but they tear on the sides or in-between the toes in a short period of using them. You will likely have to keep replacing them.🤷🏻‍♀️Perhaps the makers of them should make them thicker or MORE DURABLE.

To hard to put on , and don't pull on them to hard youll brake them.They are comfortable and seem to work well but getting them in man pain in the butt, broke by 4 day of use.

I have suffered from bunions and curled toes for years. I bought these separators after hearing about them, and they work wonders! The pain is gone. My toes have straightened out so much. It is wonderful to have better looking as well as better feeling pain! I told this to a sister who had even more pain than I do, and she found the same relief. Very comfy and sturdy. I have not worn out a pair yet.
