Painful to walk on for my opinion

These work well for spreading my toes however after several hours they have the pad of my foot hurting and even burning from the hole pattern in the bottom. I'm going to take the suggestion of another reviewer and try them upside down. If that doesn't work then these are pretty useless as they help one problem yet cause another.

The pads are versatile, providing relief from a variety of foot-related issues, such as plantar fasciitis, neuropathy, arthritis, and more

Cons

May not alleviate all types of foot pain.
