The maker should be proud with this product:+1.Made with quality material and very well made, with classy look and feel;+2. Support for heel and arch are great - the heel area is quite thick. Initially I was a bit concerned, but after a couple of days, fit well and my feet feel very well supported. Took my dog out for 1 hour+ walks for a couple of times so far; feel great!Things to watch out for:*1. As mentioned, the heel area is quick thick. If it fits your shoes, a great thing. However, if you are planning to use these with your sneakers, make sure your shoes have enough room for that.*2. The width of the arch area seems to be a bit on the narrow side; if you have wide width shoes, watch out for this.Overall, a great pair of shoe insoles! Highly recommended!
