Pretty true to size regarding length. Adidas shoes will have a minuscule bit of length on these, Nikes will be slightly shorter, but they will fit in either one with other shoe brands matching it exactly being Asics, Saucony, Reebok, Puma, Clark's, and Sketchers.The arch support is great for someone who's never tried insoles and only worn at random times Dr Scholls gel inserts. These are definitely above and beyond those and the price is either the same or less than other gel insoles.The plastic arch support does the job but I'm not sure how long it will hold out. I'm about 6 feet (183cm) tall and about 185 lbs (84kg) in weight and have so far gone on shorter 10km runs. I can feel the support doing its job but if I had to be 100% honest with myself I'm not entirely sure it'll last beyond 6 months, especially since I usually land on my midfoot.That said the better the sneaker you have to work with the better the results are. Also before you cut to EXACTLY the length needed if you do need to trim, consider cutting a little less. It's better to have more to work with and pare down from there since the internal shape of your sneakers (and they all have different shapes) will mean you might not need to cut away as much as you think.
