As a professor, I am always on my feet. My wife started buying shoe inserts for me years ago and I found these and got them. They do offer a lot of cushion, I have been walking in them since I got them the other day. I take long walks with my dogs. So far they feel really good. The sizing was just off by a tiny bit.I like how the heel part is slightly deeper giving just a bit more support than I have had in other cushioned inserts. I have a high arch though, and if these had a higher arch on them they would be perfect for me. Due to the higher arch I have I am wondering if long term these will still hold up or if my arch will start to take the brunt of me walking and standing for long duration. So far I am satisfied with them.
