I bought a few different inserts recently as my new job position requires me on my feet moving fast and often, if your are in the market for as advertised these are pretty much that. I didn't know which ones to try as many are different and each person has different problwms. Ive worked with them on for awhile now and can say for me it's made the job more comfortable and I don't have as many aches in my feet at the end of the day. I can definitely feel when I wear a different pair of shoes.I would never suggest these over medical orthodics , but sometimes you need a in-between and these are definitely that.
